Converting content to PDF

As well as publishing to channels integrated with Canvasflow, it's also possible to convert and download content as PDF.

To download an article as PDF:

1. Navigate to the Article Manager of your chosen publication
2. Next to the article you want to download as PDF, enter the edit menu using the spanner icon
3. Select 'Download'
4. Then select 'PDF'

   

5. A confirmation popup will appear, if the content is particularly long and complex, you can change the 'Timeout' dropdown option to 'Extended timeout', but for the majority of cases this isn't necessary
6. Hit Confirm
7. After a short delay your download will start
