Creating a PDF from an article

Canvasflow provides the ability to easily create a PDF from any article.

To create a PDF:

1. Navigate to the 'Article Manager' of the required brand.
2. Next to the article you want to download as a PDF, enter the Edit menu using the spanner icon.

3. Select Download , then PDF .

   

4. A confirmation popup will appear. As conversion to PDF format takes place on the fly, if the content is particularly long and complex, you may experience a timeout before the process completes. If necessary you can change the 'Timeout' dropdown option to Extended timeout , but for the majority of cases this isn't required.
5. Click Confirm . Your download will begin.
