Automatic Language Translation

Canvasflow offers a fast, accurate and secure AI-driven automatic translation service that can transform article content on demand both to and from a range of different languages. 

Content can be translated individually or as a batch (i.e. an entire issue). Once the translation process is complete, it is possible to make further content edits via the 'Article editor'.

Notes

  1. When articles are translated automatically the article's metadata (title, description, etc) are also translated.

Translating an Individual Article

  1. Navigate to the ‘Article Manager’.
  2. Select the Edit icon next to the chosen article.

  3. Click the Translate button.

Translating Multiple Articles (Batch Translation)

  1. Navigate to the ‘Article Manager’.
  2. Select the check-boxes next to the articles you want to auto-translate.

  3. Click the 'Translate' button in the toolbar.

  4. From the popup, select the source and target language.
  5. Click Translate to start the translation process.
  6. Language translation typically takes a few seconds per article, however long, complex articles and batch language translation may take a few minutes to complete.
  7. Once the translation process has completed, the popup will close. 

  8. You are now able to view the translated version of the processed article(s).  You can learn more about how to switch languages here.
