Automatic Language Translation
Canvasflow offers a fast, accurate and secure AI-driven automatic translation service that can transform article content on demand and to / from a range of different languages.
Content can be translated individually or as a batch (ie. an entire issue). Once the translation process is complete, it is possible to make further content edits via the article editor.
Notes:
- When articles are translated automatically the article metadata (title, description etc) are aso translated.
Translating an Individual Article
- Navigate to the ‘Article Manager’
- Select the Edit icon next to the chosen article
- Click the Translate button
Translating Multiple Articles (Batch Translation)
- Navigate to the ‘Article Manager’
- Select the check-boxes next to the articles you want to auto-translate
- Click the Translate button in the toolbar
- From the modal popup, select the language source and target language
- Click Translate to start the translation process

Language translation typically takes a few seconds per article, however long, complex articles and batch language translation may take a few minutes to complete
- Once the translation process has completed, the model will close.
- You are now able to view the translated version of the processed article(s). You can learn more about how to switch languages here
