Publication Manager Overview

A publication acts as a container for your article content.  It is the top level of your account and consists of articles, styles and templates.

All publications are organised within the Publication manager and is always the first screen you will see when signing into your account.

All Canvasflow assets are specific to a publication.  All articles, styles and templates that are created are only accessible within the publication in which they were created.  The only resource is shared between publications are users.  To learn more about this please see the 'user documentation'.

There is no limit to the number of publications you can create within your Canvasflow account and each publication can be connected to one or more publishing channels.

Notes:
  1. When working with a publishing platform, a Canvasflow publication typically equates to an App.
