Publishing an article
Depending on the publish channel your publication is connected to, the option to publish from inside the 'Article Builder' may be available. If the publish button is visible, it can be used to publish the current article to your publishing platform.
To publish an article
Click the
Publishbutton at the top right of the 'Article Builder' menu.
- The 'Publish Article' window will be displayed.
- Click
Publish. A process indicator will be displayed while the article is being published. - Once the article has completed publishing, a brief success popup will be displayed.
- Click
OKto close the window.
Notes
- Publishing an article will automatically save the article, ensuring the published version is always up to date.
- The exact result of publishing will depend on the currently connected channel and also how it is internally configured.
- Regularly saving your work is strongly recommended.
