Twixl Collections

When a brand is connected to a Twixl App, the option of creating Twixl Collections is displayed in the 'Article Manager' menu.

Creating a new collection

To create a new collection:

1. Navigate to the required 'Brand'.
2. From 'Article Manager', click the Collection icon in the toolbar.
3. Assign a name to the collection and click Create .
4. The collection will be created.

Moving content into / between Collections

After creating a collection, you can begin to compile existing articles into it.

1. Locate the required article and click the Edit menu.
2. Select Move.
3. In the dropdown, select the collection you wish to move the article into.
4. The article will be moved to the specified collection in both Canvasflow and your Twixl app.

Publishing articles into a collection:

Unpublished articles can be published directly into a specific collection at any time.  

1. From 'Article Manager', select the collection you wish to publish an article into.
2. Scroll to the bottom of 'Article Manager' and find the currently unpublished article which requires publishing.
3. Click the Publish Article icon. The article will be published into the collection as shown below.
